It's time once again for our Year End Awards!
*** Requirements to receive a year-end award***
You must have been a MAC member before Sept 1, 2018 and each member receiving a year-end award must have earned a total of $32 in MAC vouchers between November 1, 2017 & October 31, 2018. See PDF document attached below to see if you are eligible for an award (updated as of Nov 25, 2018).
Questions about eligibility for a year end award should be directed to Betty Johnson at bettycjohnson@frontiernet.net.
When entering title information, please type title ABBREVIATIONS, do not use full title names (i.e. use NA, not Novice Agility)
